Jarrod Potter is a quintessential cricket tragic. Not being highly blessed with skill on the field (except for the occasional ripping off-spinner or incredibly occasional straight drive), Jarrod focuses more on getting the facts and general understanding of cricket across to all fans alike. Jarrod’s love of cricket developed throughout his youth and developed into a full-blown addiction having watched Australia’s trouncing of England in the 2002-2003 Ashes.
In his off time away from cricket, Jarrod is a keen follower of Australian politics, societal trends and dabbles in reporting on a myriad of topics including popular culture, technology and sport. Jarrod is a graduate of Monash University, having graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Communication. Jarrod was also significantly involved in student politics with his campus union MUBS as 2008 Vice President and 2009 Editor of INK Magazine.

Sandru Santhana Anandaraj is the chief cricket correspondent for the True Allrounder. Having figured at age thirteen that he would struggle to be twelfth man for local backyard fourth XI’s, let alone the Australian test side, he turned his attention to watching the King’s Game unfold on his television screen (though staying well away from Tony Greig’s memorabilia). The penny dropped for Sandru in 2004 when he tuned in to ABC Radio’s coverage at the moment Australia won it’s first series in India for almost 35 years, while most of his mates were preparing for final exams. Since then, he has spent many late nights and summer days next to his trusty radio.
When not covering the game for TTA, Sandru is a student of political science at Melbourne University. Previously, he was the Victorian Programs Officer of the Left Right Think-Tank and occasionally appeared as a guest on ABC Radio Australia Today. In a past life, Sandru was employed in the IT sector, where he worked for the Australian Government and still does his best to keep the inner nerd in him alive.
